No CL is going to cost us 100 mil plus. There's your big club signings right there.
Like all the big club signings we did during the years we were in the CL
I thought mourinho didn't rate or play young players?I like that Gedson is highly rated by JM. He seems like a nice bloke who plays wherever he is asked.

Although it's not really a conversation to be had in this thread, Jose has not driven away 'world class players' because of 'bad attitude'.For me the jury is out on Mourinho, I like some things I have seen and disliked others, just think it is easy to get carried away by the results and we should be wary of the fact that he has driven away world class players based on "bad attitude" who have not had that issue anywhere else. Obviously the ITK indicating multiple sources saying this training attitude is a problem is bad news, but again, I tend to think his performances showed good attitude and ability. Just want a long term approach.
What??????I think therapy and possibly medication would do Tanguy wonders and I'll be sad to see him go.
I don't wanna be couch psychiatrist but I see a lot of myself in his specific struggles.

CL league clubs will be fine.
I have absolutely no faith that if we were to sell it would be reinvested correctly
He joined us at the peak of our international reputation off the back of the CL final, and as stated by himself, in depth conversations with Pochettino swung it for him. I’d imagine that looking from the outside in, we seemed like a rock solid move to a club that was on an upward projection with related solid finishes around 2nd-3rd and with a well cemented top notch manager. Little did he probably realise that there were some rotten aspects to our core with a jaded squad and manager that had been underperforming for a length of time despite the CL run.
With our bad start and manager implosion it seems likely that he has simply downed tools and thrown the towel in at the first sign of adversity, most likely perceiving that this is not what he signed up for.
Despite that, it’s completely unacceptable and shows that he simply probably doesn’t have the attitude to recover with us. It smells like a player who has simply decided that he is a big enough name and prospect to abandon ship for another big club, instead of fighting to overcome unforeseen events.
We need to try and recycle as much money as possible out of this and sign a different player who is committed, keen to join us and has the attitude to get stuck in and bust his balls under Mourinho
The reason being is if Tanguy is so unprofessional then recruitment and our scouting should have spotted it...I don’t buy that it was all down to Poch, you can’t have it both ways. I also think that levy wouldn’t reinvest considering the economics of the club if we were to get the money backWhy? Its Mourinho who would be having most of the say - within reason. He's doing a good job so far identifying players we need and within our budget.
The far bigger problem is getting someone to buy Ndombele for a fee similar to what we paid.

I hope your right, I’m just a bit more gloomy with regards to how things have been done around the club recently..I find it hard to see that levy will just allow Mourinho to do his thingI think its different under Mourinho. Levy will have more respect, likewise Mourinho has the maturity to understand the constraints he's working under.
I think they'll have a better working relationship than Levy had with Poch.
