Payet would've been worth more than that if they cashed in, I reckon. They could've got loads for Issa Diop last year too, but took the piss and then he had a poor season. Rice will go for loads, but they'll try and take the piss and ask for £150m or some shit

You say this and it makes sense, but then again, with West Ham and their owners you half expect that they will faff around for a good few months acting as though they won’t sell because they’re a “big club” allowing him to run his contract down and leave for a lot less than they could have got for him had they just accepted their place in the league.
