I’m not entirely convinced that this isn’t Peter Kay playing one of his comedy characters like Geraldine.
And then to top it off, he's got the blowback from what he did to VVD to come as well!I can hear Pickford's house being burgled as we speak...
I have a hunch that Liverpool are exaggerating VVD and Thiago's injuries in their effort to see VAR & Everton punished, as well as an excuse for their performance. Remember when a reporter asked Mourinho if Son would be out for a long time after Newcastle and he said yes?
I know it doesn't necessarily mean anything, but Virgil did walk off and Thiago played on..
Was it that he was coming backSo nice to see Liverpool finally on the wrong side of a dodgy VAR decision. Having said that though, I still can't see where Mane is offside.
Humility and understanding to Liverpool ....I did not hear this flippant light heartedness when our players were injured and a bit of humility and understanding would not go amiss .
Sometimes when you have such an extreme view fate deals you a similar card so I would be careful what you wish for .
Was it that he was coming back
from an offside position?
Exactly the same offside went against us prior to the non penalty awarded to Newcastle, cost us two points .Was expecting them to change the rules glad they didnt ,suck it up Liverpool. So nice to see Liverpool finally on the wrong side of a dodgy VAR decision. Think the Pickford one is difficult, he’s gone for a spread - standard goalkeeper technique with an attacker coming in towards him, just both attacker and keeper missed the ball. The two offside calls were correct, I don't understand the outrage about them. VAR not suggesting a red for Pickford is a disgrace though.
Real one probably been converscated by yew treeWhy is the laptop CGI?
The Pickford tackle wasn't a VAR decision, the officials were just implementing some of the fine print in the laws of the game. Since VVD was clearly in an offside position, it seems that the foul or the deserved penalty couldn't be given, despite the obvious recklessness and violence of the challenge. How the ever living fuck that wasn't a red yet VAR gives Mane offside for an atom sums up the continual shitshow that is VAR.
The penalty couldn't be given because of the offside, but the red card could. If the red card couldn't have been given then we would never see players carded for off the ball incidents when the ball is out of play, which is something we see regularly (recently with Martial/Lamela).The Pickford tackle wasn't a VAR decision, the officials were just implementing some of the fine print in the laws of the game. Seriously Ill...
Not usually Liverpool goals thoughHenderson says that VAR bends the lines on the purpose to disallow goals
