You can see why Sanchez wasn't involved tonight. Loads of high, long balls dealt with superbly, especially by Toby. I think Davinson's great but if there's one thing that gives me nightmares it's a ball falling out of the sky towards him with a big burly centre forward bearing down on him.

So pleased with how we played after going a goal up. Maybe we have learnt from Newcastle and West Ham when we through away the games with awful deep defending. We should be well clear at the top of the league but let’s enjoy 3pts from a tough match

I thought that was good. Very much improved organising, calm and stressfree throughout, well timed first sub with Lamela fitting right in and a sneaky goal combination. It wasn’t flawless, but it was really not bad.
