I'd say give him 100M and another year to make it happen, if not, adios. With the exception of Reg, the back 4 is nowhere near good enough! Goals will be scored whether he parks the bus or attacks all game...it's a NO WIN situation at the moment.

Too many players on the payroll collecting big money, without producing. The deadwood needs to be sold (even at a loss) and integrate new blood.

Fans turning on Son is f ing disgraceful if you cannot see that its the manager we are doomed .
Dier is getting so much hate its disgraceful when I played only at Sunday league level sometimes the harder you tried the worse you became
I see the effort but its like a ship with no rudder or compass its all hit and hope if ever a team looked like it had never been properly coached our boys are the ones . For christ sake cut them some slack and name and shame the one man who is at fault for this shambles.

2 wins in 10 league games is just shite and he deserves the stick he is getting. Cant seen Levy pulling the trigger yet but I would be relieved if he did as it’s turned so toxic so quickly.

Show me a fucking coach that will turn Dier or Sissoko or Winks or Davies or Lucas into world beaters.

FFS even under Poch, with 70% possession we used to spend 80 minutes watching winks and Sissoko passing sideways and fucking backwards 386 times before a moment of brilliance would paper over the cracks.

These lies needs to stop. If you have an anti Mourinho agenda then yay for you but stop fabricating wishful scenarios to suit your narrative, it proves nothing.
I completely agree about these players. The issue is when they are being coached to sit back they have to think more.

When you coach high intensity pressing and being in the front foot, there's less thinking, you just do.

I'll never understand why he didn't try changing his style of football to a more attacking approach after the United job.

Seems like he went the other way and went more negative than ever....

Hopefully not too much more of this until hes gone.

Didnt he say he had new ideas etc? well obviously that was weird

The thing is apart from the everton game to thr west ham game we started to click and yeah we werent great defensively but attack wise we were good.... then he went into his shell fromt he west ham point onwards....

the players are being made to look a lot worse than they are because of the tactics and instructions from Jose in my opinion.

the front players, especially Bergwijn, are so isolated it feels like they lose the ball all the time - it’s because the only option is attempt to beat 4 men or execute a killer ball all the time.

the defence and CMs are so deep it’s constant long balls to get out, or again, a really difficult pass.

i’m convinced a better, more modern manager would get more out of this squad - but thats not to say we don’t need player changes. we could do with 2 new CBs, okus likely a left back in the summer to sort the defence out.
Jose needs to go but don’t fool yourself a lot of the players need to iswell

Who picks them in the team
Well if you believe everything you’ve been told over the last week or so, there’s been crisis meetings with the players and clear the air talks.

What air needs to be cleared btw?

Sissoko cannot control or pass a ball. He knows it. The squad knows it
FFS every coach in the western world knows it. You can’t play him

And dier carries around the literal stench of walking brain fart, yet gets a place back in the team only to prove yet again why he doesn’t deserve it.
It seems like he’s damned if he does and damned if he doesn’t right now.

Completely agree. I knew what we were getting with Jose, to a point. But I honestly didn’t think it would happen this quickly. I’m genuinely gutted!

I am but also because I expected defeat tonight I’m not angry or even that pissed off. We all know how this ends now, it’s not if, it’s when.

West Brom are utterly terrible. If we lose to them then levy has little choice. Missing out on CL football this season will be financially horrendous.

World beaters they are not, and no team has a luxury of having a team full of world beaters - coach them to be consistent & build them up to get a job out of them in their position. If they still fail at being trained to at least produce the basic requirements from them as paid professionals, then you let them go. Jose has failed to identify the glaring problems in these players and not only has he kept them on a wage, but the likes of Sissoko are actually getting 90 mins. Jose's remit is to train players to give him one thing and that is commitment. Creativity, flair is a secondary afterthought.
