You can be told both sides but when you look at previous history in nearly (if not all) transfer windows, we require sales before we buy.

True, but what are we waiting for? The window has been open 2 weeks and Conte would have know what he needs long before it even opened. There's a real chance for top 4 if we can get 2/3 players that Conte wants, I fear that we'll go into the last few days of the window and the ITK will be that we're waiting to strike in the summer.

Now I’m furious. I’ve been refreshing and browsing this page since 7pm hoping for some Sunday night ITK. The moment the wife needs a helping hand I miss what H88 says! Ahhh

Yeah - The here and now can’t be the true objective if we haven’t yet made any moves. We’ve already had info that it’s all about the long game. I’m Interpreting that if Florentina soften their stance then we might be in for 1 piece of the long term puzzle. Maybe after that there might be deals for other options but until F soften their stance perhaps we can’t move.

This season will be what it will be.

Don't worry. It's still there. But what happens if we spend it and then a £100 million player becomes available? We'd feel stupid wouldn't we?
