How can West Ham release a statement "condemning his actions" and then play him less than 12 hours later? Joke of a decision from a joke club.

Went to the game today with some spammer friends. Most of these guys support Zouma. All around an uncomfortable experience, they already have a chant about him kicking things.

Spammers have made a proper monumental PR fudge up by playing him, defo gives the impression to the outside world they dont care or see it as an egregious aboninable act, theyve actually pulled the reputation of the club into the shitstorm. They are hoping a fine a crocdile tears apology from Kurt is suffice to sweep it under the carpet.. hopefully sponors want to distance themselves and it hurts their pockets.

I sort of agree in essence as this was nothing to do with the club, its all on the player Zouma. Its his reputation and character as a person and human being ultimately shamed and sullied which is deservedly so, yet the club have seeming carried on as normal in terms of him starting after this deplorable act, only putting out the standard PR and a pitiful fine, the impression is to sweep under the carpet , move along nothing to see here now type attitude. This really wont bode well with the public in general and with todays power and influence of social media (globally) this will be quickly exacerbated into people attacking the club as well now for taking such an apathetic and inconsequential action to such an abhorrent event.

Moyes has made himself look an utter Prick. His morals are lower than a snakes arsehole.

He selects the team to Play. If Zouma was shit and the board forced him to play him he would be singing like a Canary

"This is a not a Football matter" is BS

Ever saying himself that he is an animal lover is laughable.

The are a Shit Pot Club, with Shot Pot Fans and now have a Shit Pot Manager.

I hope that this does gather so much momentum going forward. Anything associated with West Ham is now IMO despicable.

Makes you wonder what Moyes' stance would have been over Greenwood if he was still at United

I’m not on Twitter but Chris Packham has contacted the RSPCA’s legal department. In addition, written some very beautiful words condemning both Zouma & West Ham. If anyone is able to pin it, it is a worthy read

Chris Kirkland going in hard on West Ham and Zouma on BBC breakfast, says he should be arrested and sacked.
He’s bang on the money.

Was just about to post the same... Loved him saying that he would have not wanted to be in the same dressing room..

Glad more pressure is being put on, WetSpam are going to look silly now if they ban the player for games... Hope he gets hounded every game now..

Just saw Moyes post match press conference- pretty pathetic

I was surprised Moyes picked him but then again I remembered that this is the man who threatened to slap a female reporter because she dared question him just like a male reporter would. So maybe it wasn't that much of a surprise after all?
