Paratici and Levy have to deliver another big window.

As an aside, I cant see Liverpool finishing top 4 if they play like that. We swarmed them at times and they looked a bit leggy.

This team. Can’t be anything be proud of the second half but you can’t keep performing miracles every week. The first half has killed us yet again and it’s inexcusable.

Bissouma, Bentancur, Kane we’re excellent, I thought. FFS though

Such a shame. They had a good first 10 mins, and we gave them another goal. Otherwise, we played very well. Injuries cost us unfortunately. Plus the ref was a wanker.

Also, please stop playing Emerson.

We played much better today while losing than a lot of matches we've won. And I'd also say Liverpool played much worse today while still finding a win than in most matches they've gone on to draw/lose.

Self inflicted wounds against a side that are a shadow of what they were.

Still the lads put up a fight in the second half and honestly as long as I can see some effort and determination then I'll accept the poor result. Just annoying to have to see how timid we are in the first 45 of these games.

We are once again our own worst enemies. Amazing what a difference bringing on a couple of decent footballers does. Sessegnon didn't have an awful game today, in fact he could have probably got a goal and an assist. Our options on the left are decent, but I cannot believe we have to watch Emerson week in week out.

A defeat we can learn a lot from and take positives going forward whilst in equal measure knowing who we can’t trust.

Kulusevski makes a monumental difference creativity wise but also we need to replicate that attitude second half and not be so passive from minute 1.

Honourable mention for today is Bissouma who is slowly but surely cementing his place, looking comfortable in possession and winning the ball back well.

Liverpool didn't look great, battered them 2nd half. Don't care how many times its said, but just start like that and we won't be chasing 2 goals and leaving it late.

Hitting post twice and some close chances, it was still there for the taking.

Was that the best we've played this season, cant believe we lost that. Encouraging performance though.
