Yes I am 100% with you on that - but according to many Spurs fans the answer is to sack another manager.

I know it's not popular so no need for anyone to to 'neg' me, but why not give a proven winner the time to assemble his own squad? The ITK's will have a much better idea than me how many of the recruits in the last three windows were Conte picks, but my guess is less than half of them.
Paratici and Conte must be in agreement to who comes and who goes. Pointless either being here if that’s any different.

I've been adamant in not turning on the manager as i don't think it's fair. He's been sold a lie. But he has not helped himself. His reluctance to commit and the starting 11 last night and the way we played can only mean now that he HAS to go.

I personally don't think it will make any difference in the long term with Levy & Co still in charge, but this situation has to change. There are way to many things being left in the balance at the club at the moment and this situation cannot continue.

Could have copy and pasted that from the Jose era.

Same interview where he said the Milan has history stuff

If anything it shows his jab was directly at the hierarchy of the club and not the fans. Even though it came of as an insult to us. He understands our impatience. He also doesn’t sound like a man who has thrown in the towel yet.
It's copy-paste talk... all the time... we just crashed out to Sheff U in the FA Cup for goodness sake... stop the talk about patience and time to win cups. We want action on the pitch now. And off the pitch as well...

It has to be today.

Last night the players weren't playing for him that's clear. I don't think they weren't up for it or didn't care . They seem to be terrified to do anything beyond exactly what he ordered. Well apart from Son who looks desperate to do something but it's now having a huge negative effect on the rest of the team.

And then the comments. They weren't nice but it was a man whose ego has been dented because he knows he's failed and he wants his payout early to go home to his family.

I thought he would represent our best chance of top four if we got knocked out but yesterday was clear as sight that it's over.

Anyone will perform better than Conte for Spurs now who checked out ages ago but is evident to almost everyone now
Sorry, this was said when Jose was going but we did no better under Mason then either. Every man and his dog wanted anyone but him and we were still shit.

Paratici's philosophy matches whoever the current manager is - he should definitely stay if he can. We desperately need him.
It's very unlikely that Paratici will be at Spurs at the end of the season.

The Italian FA has banned him from football for 30 months and asked UEFA to extend that ban to the whole of Europe.

Moreover he is under criminal investigation in Italy with the courts due to decide by the end of March whether he will be put on trial.

This is what the Italian criminal prosecutor said :

"A criminal context of alarming seriousness, dealing with illegal conduct, which was reiterated and protracted over time for three different financial years, for undoubted weight in this case.

“The crimes analysed suggest an elevated risk that those investigated will continue to commit crimes if the opportunity should arise."

Can Levy and Lewis really employ someone at an "elevated risk" of committing crimes?

Why do we?
Because he is doing a complete restructuring of our club behind the scenes including scouting, youth teams, etc. which is absolutely vital. He is also currently our only hope of Levy staying as far away as he can from the football side.

I mean he has already lost two of the scouting team he has just appointed and is on the verge of being banned from football.

Levy negotiated Porro, Conte didn't seem to want half his signings too so I think it's clear the man at the top is still involved.

As with previous...preaching patience is not easy when you yourself are uncommitted and planning on leaving. Arsenal were patient with Arteta and, as a fan, I will be similarly patient with a new manager committed to the cause and willing to see it through.

Exactly who are the creative players he should have picked?
Whose fault is it that we have systemically shipped out every creative player we have bar Deki and refused to buy any others? Conte turned down Maddison, he shipped out Gil for absolutely no reason, he spunked £60m on Richarlison only to use him primarily as a back up to Kulusevski when he's a mid table player at best in that role.

So for arguments sake, if he had signed a 3 year contract during the WC would you still be patient given the results we’ve seen since then?

Sarr should’ve started ahead of PEH but other than him we don’t have any creativity in midfield.
PEH had our first of only two attempts on target last night, he has 5 goals and 5 assists this season and you think he is not creative but Sarr is?

We would have had noises if it was going to be today

We'll sleepwalk through the Forest game, probably nick a lucky boring win and that will be that until we drop loads of points to Southampton, Everton and Brighton and the season has got even further away

I have zero faith in this club any more
