But plays less attacking football. I think there’s a lot to like about him, even tho he’s having a bad season but loosing some key players can have that effect. For me, tactically I have some reservations. He’s certainly not as defensive as what we have had recently and he likes to press which is a big plus but he’s still more of a balanced manager built on a strong defence rather than an attacking one. Personally I’d prefer an attack minded manager.
I would too but he ticks so many boxes.

good vid here on the next manager thoughts. A lot of nice analysis on the different styles of play.

I get the hype, but one of the major problems with Ramos was that he didn’t speak English, and look how that turned out!
Gallardo has been learning English precisely because he knows how important it could be for his next job. He also speaks French which means he’s comfortable speaking different languages. I don’t think he’d be any worse than Poch when he first came to the uk and may even be better.

Really really hope we go for him.
It would be great to gauge a reaction from him if there are credible links to the club.

Hard, granted because he's the other side of the world and out of a job so not going to be asked in a press conference but still, I would love to see if he is either quite coy/dismissive or would relish the challenge and throws his name firmly into the hat.

I guess in extension to my previous post, we will now see this across all the shortlisted candidates at their next press conferences being asked the question of links to the Tottenham hot seat so might rule out a few or push others into focus.

He was in England recently so who knows if he's gone back to Argentina or spending some time in Europe. Its a shame we didn't take that chance to speak to him in person. Would have made sense but I guess Conte was still officially our manager at that point.

This unfortunately.

I'm sure we'll see sight of him soon enough and the question is put to him though.

At this point we would be better noting who isn’t on the list….. wouldn’t surprise me if Conte is on the list knowing us.

Hopefully we looking at Zidane as a player not manager, would be more use to us with the shit we've currently got.

We could always get Ardilles to be his translator. "He say we go with a 334 formation and everyone attack at once"

The entitle responses are hilarious. Some of them actually believe that supporting real madrid is pure suffering 😂.

They. Don't. Know. The. True. Meaning.

There are plenty of Spurs fans who do the same when there are a load of clubs in England close to going under and disappearing without trace.
