This has Nuno mk2 written all over it.
People need to calm down. There’s essentially no rush now as the season is essentially over and no manager is gonna take over till the summer.

Having a a proper shortlisting process, interviews, and choosing someone is the right way to do it.

Im all in on the JN train choo choo. He is by far the best option out there, I just pray Levy goes all out for Ralf as the DOF too. Perfect match.
It would seem great, but I can't see Levy going for a DoF/Manager combo that is very likely to gang up on him and/or call him out publicly with some more home truths.

Surely getting them in now sets them up better for preseason. 5 games with the squad to see how quickly they adapt before decisions in the summer would be optimal. Otherwise we get the usual bollocks of seeing how they perform in the summer before making a decision on transfers followed by 3 games on August before we start trying to make up for the fact that none of our defenders can defend.

Re the news on Jn's interview at Chelsea I'd imagine that is bollocks and conjecture made up to cover the fact he probably looked at Boehly and thought sod this.

Was listening to the spurs show podcast last night. Some dude on there mentioned that Nags Chelsea interview was a car crash. He was super arrogant, hadn’t done any research on the team (in fairness that’s a lot of research😀). Was up himself basically.
I'm sure that guy was sitting in the room for the interview.

I'm sure a bunch of Chelsea fans leaked things like that to make it look better for online banter that Nagelsmann turned them down.

Me as well.

We should be doing whatever it takes to convince JN.

If he's talking to us he's obviously interested if the conditions are right.

Make the fucking conditions right.

Should it not be that simple?

We know he doesn't want to move yet, so with a bit of luck we can get a deal wrapped up but let Bayern pay his wages for the time being. Get the Dof he wants and Bingo! I won't be worried til the season ends and we hear nothing. Maybe Nagelsmann likes pocketing Bayern's money after they unceremoniously binned him. Also, not sure if Conte/Stellini are still being paid.

Personally I believe as soon as Conte left we should have brought Poch in straight away . It's what the majority of supporters wanted but I honestly think that he is the one man that could have got Kane to sign a new contract. Even those that were against him coming back would be happy if he had managed that and he also had unfinished business and would really be up for it. Originally I was 50/50 about Poch returning but now I would certainly have him back rather than all the top names turning us down and we end up again with 5th or 6th choice.

If it was a car crash, I'd suspect the reason was more because of Boehly being involved than anything to do with Nags.
One person knows football and what's required for success, the other doesn't know his arse from his elbow.

We all know who our new manager is going to be! It'll be Brendan Rogers.
We'll be linked with every manager under the sun and then go for Rogers.
We'll sign Maddison and an unknown winger from the French league, completely ignoring the positions we need filling.
This is the way, its the spurs way.
Imagine Rodgers coming in and achieving the impossible - making our defence worse than it is already

Yeah I saw that but it also makes me wonder how the hell they would know anything about an interview at board level in Chelsea.
To be honest, that doesn't make me believe it any more than if it was coming from Chelsea fans (which may well be where they've got it from anyway).

Myopic? 🤣
Come on mate, you're sharing baseless gossip from a couple of spurs fans about board level interactions at Chelsea, yet you seemingly don't expect people to question how they came about such information?

Are we not allowed to debate what you share? Should we just take it as gospel to save you from getting all pissy about it?

To be honest, if that's the sort of shit you choose to share, then get grumpy because people don't believe it, we're probably better off if you don't bother anymore.

I know puberty can be tough mate but don't worry, you'll come out the other side ok. 😁

I’m not getting pissy. I just shared some info. Wasn’t my info. Just thought it might be of interest.

If you're Levy + Munn and truly believe Nagelsmann and the right DoF is the perfect way to get the club back on track then ~£20M shouldn't scare you off

It's essentially would you swap Lo Celso for Nagelsmann since we can probably sell GLC for that type of £
I think the idea of paying Bayern for a manager they sacked is ridiculous.
