People need to calm down. There’s essentially no rush now as the season is essentially over and no manager is gonna take over till the summer.

Having a a proper shortlisting process, interviews, and choosing someone is the right way to do it.
only trouble is we have previous. No rush normally means last minute.com with us

I think the idea of paying Bayern for a manager they sacked is ridiculous.
Not really sure that they can keep him under lock and key forever to be honest as I'd imagine that some kind of employment law comes into play at some point where they're restricting his right to work.

I’m not getting pissy. I just shared some info. Wasn’t my info. Just thought it might be of interest.
Calling people "myopic" because they dare question the validity of the gossip (which is what it is, it's not not info) that you've posted seems pretty pissy to me.

It not like anyone was personally questioning you, just those making the statement you shared.
So if you're not being pissy, maybe you could explain what you mean by "myopic"?

I wonder if Bayern are waiting until we are guaranteed to not be in the Champions League before they are willing to budge on their demands.

Can't imagine the people who controversially sacked JN would be thrilled to potentially face him in CL and set themselves up for more embarrassment

Personally I believe as soon as Conte left we should have brought Poch in straight away . It's what the majority of supporters wanted but I honestly think that he is the one man that could have got Kane to sign a new contract. Even those that were against him coming back would be happy if he had managed that and he also had unfinished business and would really be up for it. Originally I was 50/50 about Poch returning but now I would certainly have him back rather than all the top names turning us down and we end up again with 5th or 6th choice.
Not sure why people can’t let this Potch thing go. He ain’t coming back and it just starts another 20 pages of the same old

Blind reported that there's only a fee if he takes a job this season, I found the below quote:

"The Bild report goes on to claim that, because Nagelsmann has been sacked before the end of his second season, automatic severance clauses cannot apply, hence getting rid of him may prove an expensive process for Bayern."

So if they wait until the summer to "officially" sack him they don't pay the expensive buy out, and won't seek a large fee?

It's because it was something they didn't want to hear.
Is it because it was something I didn't want to hear?
Not really mate, I just like a bit of foundation to the "information" that I pay any credence to and I've yet to see any from this little nugget.

It may well be true that Nagelsmann is an unprofessional dick but so far, apart from this little gem, everything reliable points to the opposite.

If these Spurs lads could give a hint as to how they've come across this information, then maybe I'd pay it more attention but as things stand, it's nothing more than click bait and attention seeking.

I'm sure that guy was sitting in the room for the interview.

I'm sure a bunch of Chelsea fans leaked things like that to make it look better for online banter that Nagelsmann turned them down.
He probably thought I don’t fancy managing in the championship so I’ll just use this as interview practice for my dream job as spurs manager 😅
