So to recap, based off quite reliable sources in the last few hours;

1. We’re closing in on the final stages of Slot and discussing his personal terms.

2. We’ve had direct talks with Amorim and after impressing in an interview he’s right at the top of our list.

3. We’ve had talks with Enrique and we’ve more planned and he’s right at the top of our list.

4. We’ve been told to keep watching because we might be pulling off a surprise smokescreen.

Honestly comes across like a complete shit show. Maybe behind the scenes the club know what they’re doing, but I genuinely don’t think they do.

I have some major concerns regarding Slot. Struggles to break down low blocks and a lot of emphasis on crossing against them. Think Enrique or De Zerbi is a far more safer option.
Unless you have Barca/City level technical players you're going to struggle to break down a well coached low block. That's the point of a low block.

It is only a shit show if you believe all this info. The club have said nothing.

I am not just your beloved chairman, I have recently completed my coaching badges.

COYS, Daniel
Given how much he’s paid himself in bonuses in the past, he’d probably make himself the highest paid manager in the club’s history!

From everything I’ve read and heard, Slot seems the best fit for where we are and what we want to be. He’ll be attacking enough to buy some patience with fans whilst not having the lofty expectations that Nagelsmann might carry, which could cause some fans to expect a quick upturn in performances and results.

Not overly keen on Amorim personally.

How Roberto De Zerbi isn’t in the conversation at all is baffling to me too
The fact we haven't had serious talks with him or Nagelsmann is negligence

Whether they are the right fit or not, is something different but they should be serious candidates

Also the way we are going about everything is all wrong, either you do the DoF with the Manager or you get the DoF then the manager.

Getting potentially the Manager and then the DoF is stupid

Must admit, he's come across as a very likable character who's respectful to the loaded questions and with the answers given considering he's still employed with Feyenoord.

Good vibes off him for sure.

what's wrong with crosses particularly if you have the best header of a ball in the world playing up front for you - get the ball in the box from out wide or the by line still creates more goals than trying to thread your way through and its generally better to watch
