I overheard some chat with Matterface and Jordan about potential new investment but didn’t think anything particularly of this.

way this club does things sometimes I feel I will just wake up one day and on the front page there will be a takeover. Bit like Bissouma transfer and come out of nowhere.

I think its because they don't all want to sell, but agree its really odd. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if they just go for a partial investment rather then a full takeover. Although the amount of money Qatar are offering I just cant see them turning them down. It's why I just don't trust any talk about their interest in us as it just feels like they are trying to leverage the Glazers into accepting their offer.

I think a lot of these people are banking on future TV rights whether it be through a super league or premier league are going to explode thanks to streaming services.
Why else would Boehly be acting like he has? They think the cash cow is just starting up.
