Whatever happens in the remainder of the transfer window I’m so excited to watch us under Postecoglu in the coming seasons. Tactically we’re so much more interesting and it’s so refreshing seeing us want the ball and playing so positively. It’ll take time obviously but we’re finally going to be fun to watch again.

Walked out the changing room after the game in full Lederhosen, slurping on his Makrug whilst spinning a Wiener schnitzel on his finger like a basketball.

Like the way he doesn't beat around the bush. So clear on what we need and leaves no one in doubt. Think it's becoming obvious now likes of Dier and Davies are not cut out for his system. Romero, VDV and one other and think it's curtains for those two in terms of regular game time thank God.

Ange speaking to Spurs Play now: top bloke. When asked how was that: “that’s ok, it’s still on me that we are working out a way to play. If you want to be this kind of team you have to be this kind of team all the time: relentless”.
Was watching how many 50-50 balls we would win and comparing it to year's past. It's early and we haven't suffered any adversity, nor have we played a top team but the domination of teams we would have struggled against last year is all too apparent.

Interesting the manager had not visited the stadium before today. He speaks very well. I hope he can deliver the football he wants us to play. I want to love our manager again.

Shakhtar is comfortably mid to upper mid-table prem level though, and we arguably deserved more against West Ham. As you say, Barca will be interesting but I wouldn't be surprised if we have an almost entirely fresh XI for that game.Agreed, but also have to look at the relative quality of Shakhtar and two little obscure clubs
