After the Chelsea game I'm wary of getting someone sent off again, I'd consider Bissouma off early on. Bentancur or Lo Celso on.

Thought it was incredibly soft. Watched the replay and didn't blame Bissouma in the attempt at winning the ball to be honest. Did the guy for the tackle on Porro even get a yellow? Not even saying that definitely was but it was much worse than what Bissouma did still.
Its not just the drop off in the the standard of the players you have to consider, its that half these guys have barely kicked a ball so they aren't match sharp, and that they haven't played as a unit before. All things considered we are doing pretty bloody well so far.

We have been poor tbh. Press is half hearted, no movement, poor passing, rushing everything. We need something to change or Wolves will get back in this.
That being said, the ref is having a stinker. They are getting away with everything and getting a corner when their players clearly heads it out of play.

Hard to really review in a way, we look like a team missing a number of its best players in key positions…. Which we are.
I think the biggest drop off is technique, the players out there in large part aren’t as quick on the turn and usually need an extra touch or two. We have misplaced passes and been caught in possession.
Bissouma has looked asleep and now is also suspended for Villa who, to be honest, must be licking their lips right now.
I wonder if we might see Bentancur in the second half just due to his technique and quality on the ball.
Dier and Davies have done enough to get us in at the break, which is all we can ask. Not going to start throwing any negative comments about a drop off at them as we’ve known that’s the case for a while, but they’ve managed, and that’s what we need to do, just find a way to manage games until we can start getting some key players back.
Thought our goal was fantastic play.

Seen worse i agree but went in when he should just of kept his possesion in that area wasn't a 50/50 ball.

Wolves are a good side - particularly press resistant and strong so it's no surprise we're struggling to turn over with our press. Combined with so many players playing out of position we aren't nearly as fluid as we'd like.
Hopefully a bit tighter in the second half.

Yet again, 5 games in a row(since Liverpool funnily enough) now where we're being kicked off the pitch early on and the referee is allowing it.
We've not been great but we're getting no help from officials. Porro really lucky not to be injured too.
