As Per
I'm too scared to think about our position at ChristmasDead right. We finish above Villa definitely. See where we are at Xmas
It does seem to be the way matches are going at the minute. We are out-footballing most teams at the beginning, so when they realise they can't out-football us, they start roughing us up.shit like this makes me realise spurs will never win a title.
We get a decision go our way and all the ex Liverpool or Arsenal pundits and people in the game highlight their injustices.
So we end up getting the raw end of the deal.
Look at when we were up against Leicester, they were getting away with fouls and we were getting the Battle of the Bridge where the officials let Chelsea get away with snide fouls.
Its just not meant to happen for us.
What? We just completely out played one of the best teams in the league with 10 players out injured.10 unbeaten quickly followed by devastation.
We won't win a game again before January
Ngl - 4 straight losses is not acceptable
Newcastle had a 17 year old on the pitch yesterday and dominated the Chelsea midfieldSo we have a really talented and creative player in Donley. But Skipp with 1 goal and 0 assists in like 60 games gets the chance when we need someone creative.
I don't care if he's uproven, he can't be worse than Skipp. And I don't dislike Skipp, its not his fault.
Still the same make shift defence though. What? We just completely out played one of the best teams in the league with 10 players out injured.
Next game we have sarr and biss back, game after that romero. The situation looks miles better.
Gio has proved he’s very good and provides creativity, so he’s only really Davies we are carrying for the West Ham game.
We’ll win more games of course we will
It's tragic that we don't get protected from refs as much as other teams do, when we from the club down to the manager and players are probably more respecting of the officials than any others. Not justice at all..It does seem to be the way matches are going at the minute. We are out-footballing most teams at the beginning, so when they realise they can't out-football us, they start roughing us up.
So far in 2 matches like that, particularly Chelsea and today, the consequences of the game becoming more scrappy have gone against us, and opponents have had little consequence. It's fine margins and luck, but that's what happened.
Vs. Chelsea we get 2 sent off, key players injured and they get away with elbowing players in the face etc.
Today a rough challenge from Cash takes out our best midfielder, who was literally running the game until that point. Then Emery takes him off at half time ffs, so we have no consequential benefit for some serious foul play against us.
The evidence that the league is corrupt is undisputable, so I would worry less about winning titles and enjoy the ride. Ange is class and we can win something under him, but we'll need a bit more luck than we're getting currently.
Yeah but Romero is back soon so it’s only 1 player missingStill the same make shift defence though.
Ok. That's nice to know, I guess.I actually was shocked how poor villa were. Our first 11 batters them
Stick with him.Now here's a hypothetical question. If we keep losing let's say the next 5-6 games despite showing attacking intent, will the pressure be on Ange? Or let's say if the losing streak goes beyond 10 games, what will your thoughts be?
Our 4th choice 11 battered them….I actually was shocked how poor villa were. Our first 11 batters them
Ask Klopp and DiazWhy can't anything go our way EVER?
