Watkins definitley my prefered option we are linked with.
Homegrown, can be used on the RW too and has a decent goal scoring record. A good age too, fits perfect between Kane and Parrott.

Me too, but I’ll concede that the negative vibe in this place has permeated my usually hermetic optimism.
Guessing the Homegrown feature is the thing that could swing it on his favour.

What I’m hoping for is that we try and sign Watkins but, after much back-and-forth between the two clubs, Brentford either ask for too much and/or move the goalposts, and the deal- which was close to happening- in the end, unfortunately, doesn’t come off.
I’m ok with utter failure; it’s the effort I want to see.

The Goat was weaving dangerously in and out of traffic, half blinded by glare of headlights, he took a sharp left as a hail of machine gun bullets screamed past his head. Tyres squealed as the engine was pushed to the limit, at over 100mph he ran straight through red lights forcing pedestrians to leap aside for safety, suddenly a grenade went off just ahead if him, he pushed hard on the brakes, they locked and he skidded sideways, through a cloud of tear gas to a halt. Gazing up at the pursuing helicopter, he fired two quick shots at it through the windshield before opening the door, gazing at the camera and saying "we are very interested in Said Benrahma"

If there is a list of 2-3 left that we want, it really looks like Jose is going all out to strengthen both the starting lineup and the squad. Would love Watkins to happen. Don't know about Benhrama, I know he's highly rated, but have never watched him. Thanks to @dovahkiin and the ITKs.

I think what he means is that Watkins is one of 2/3 we are looking at first that one signing, rather than we’re looking to sign 2/3 more.

I think it’s a grammar issue.
I think he’s saying Watkins is one of the 2 to 3 strikers we want that BEN thinks could happen.
