But I’d like Howard Webb to explain why that is a penalty and the Ashley Young handball earlier is not. I’ve no idea these days what is and isn’t handball but you can’t have 2 different decisions on the same day for almost identical instances.

I feel like this should be the easiest thing to decide: should be handball if it's either blatantly intentional, or stops a shot that's headed toward goal. It can't be a hand ball just because the ball happens to hit someone's hand randomly.
