Utd players should not be celebrating that. Great effort from Coventry, deserved to be going to the final.

I am still not convinced he was offside. He's not exactly getting an advantage, is he? What a shite way to end a brilliant game.

Jammy bastards. You watch VAR disallow a fairytale goal by a millimetre and then watch another game where it turns a blind eye to blatant penalties. Got to be something wrong with the consistency of decisions where a human is involved.

United have got to be the luckiest side in the country. Completely outplayed by a Championship side and go through in penalties. Hardly out in a decent performance in any league game all season and are in with a shout for Europe. Unbelievable.

I feel for Coventry but he was offside. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Yep being that toenail in front was the difference!

I realise it's the law and it's a yes/no situation but for me VAR is an overall detriment to the game.

At the bare minimum the off side rule needs looking at because it was never brought in to stop someone being 1/4 inch in front.

This is the problem with the current law - the idea of gaining an advantage no longer exists. It’s purely whether the line shows any part of the body is ahead of the defender’s. VAR in its current form just feels like it takes joy from ruling out goals

Semi auto next year. Got to be better than someone picking a frame and drawing a line at least

My brother is a United fan and he is pissed off about them scraping that because he feels that making a final will justify some of those players despite them totally not deserving it.

Had they lost, it would have shown them up for what they are and been easier to criticise them

Knew that cocky gobshite O’hare would miss after he swaggered up to take it

Some clubs are just jammy, Fred The Red must have a horse shoe and a four leaf clover up his backside
