Since he was cleared of his alleged criminal doings Harry's lost his edge.

I don't know what it is Dan, but it is the same point as last year that we went into freefall, I backed Harry for that freefall last season, I don't know if I can still give him that backing, although I am trying my best to. As I said in a previous post, I will judge in May and not April, but something is seriously wrong, and it has to be about the tactics, surely?

The freefall started when we were duffed up by Arsenal and that was pure tactical naivety from Harry. He didn't seem to get them going again after that (something he is supposed to be famed for) and at the same time continues to make seemingly schoolboy tactical errors.

I'm always wary of being overly critical of tactical decisions because people in the game obviously know alot more than us fans, but after tightening up the formation and getting good results at Stamford Bridge and the Stadium of Light, together with good wins against Bolton and Swansea, there really was absolutely no justification to switch the system so drastically against Norwich, particularly when the only other time Harry had used the '4-3-3' this season was in an excellent performance against....Norwich.

One or two tactical errors is allowable, even expected (even from the best managers in the world) but in recent months I think we've seen far too many from Harry and if it costs us a CL position then he has to shoulder the majority of the blame.

The players can't be completely excused as they should still have the quality to win games in different systems, but the buck stops with Harry methinks and I think you're right...it is about the tactics.

Rose would play LB before Bale mate.

i wish us to install a bit similar system to Chelsea when they stick with Glen Johnson and Ashley Cole on both flanks, with two hard working midfielders to protect the defenders, always some like Niko or Luka upfront Bale would take off some pressure on Bale when we defend, also when they are cutting inside, that's would create some space for Bale to drop crosses.

i wouldn't say that if we play opponents like Arsenal or United, but considering to Ekotto form, our recent results and our opponents, i would give it a go. I'm sure if Arsene Wenger given our players, he would stick with this team. And watch his team display vs City, you would see why they play like that and we aren't, even thought we've better XI.
