I think every team will fear us more than we fear them. Whoever we play is going to be no better than what we face in the Premiership week in week out.

And should still have had more than enough firepower to settle Aberdeen's hash. I've seen several of their Bundesliga games this season and haven't been that impressed—and apart from running amok against Salonika they haven't exactly taken UEFA by storm.

trust me, bayern with ribery is a whole lot better than without. he's their talisman.

i beg to differ, psv have had a lot of recent succesful champion's league years behind them and will probably only fear bayern because of their big name.

Haha, don't be daft. I couldn't care less about PSV. We will be the best team they have played this year. I somehow think they won't be the best team we have played this year.

they've played inter who are strong contenders for the champion's league title and probably already won serie a. that's one team that they have faced who are better than spurs i believe :D

What explains our standing in the league? To be fair any team outside of Derby would cruise through the dutch league. I know there are a few decent sides and I'm not saying PSV can't or won't beat us, but I am not particularly worried by playing them. Will be a good tie and a good European occassion, but I would fancy us against pretty much any team in the competition.

I'll give you Inter

Bayern were class last night, even though the result was poor. Lucio and Luca Toni looked like they were training with kids. They will get through.

Oh, I don't doubt that. It would be an absolutely colossal upset if Aberdeen were to win in Munich. But no two ways about it, if Bayern only got a draw by virtue of a dubious penalty in a game they should have cruised, they're not the boogeymen some appear to think.
