I'd say ou squad is more united/has a better team spirit than any I can ever remember. AVB may have choosen to exclude BAE and Ade for whatever reason, but the rest of the squad seem very on board with him.

It hasn't really looked that way for most of this season, we have upped our game since the City defeat, but how much of that is down to AVB and how much simply because the players have felt stung into action is another matter. I felt the early games in the season showed a pretty dispirited lot, a few narrow wins couldn't hide what for the most part were pretty flat, dull and uninspiring performances. Some players have spoken up for AVB, but it's always difficult to know how much of that is honest comment and how much self interest
