Tottenham are +8 points on their ten equivalent fixtures last season (based on subbing Burnley for Leeds, Sheffield Utd for Leicester and Luton Town for Southampton.) Arsenal have gone to -3 in their first eleven matches, that is quite the swing. Here's what they have done so far with the two results being last season's result first and this season second with the number showing the running total. Bold results are the ones that changed from last season: H Forest WW 0, A Palace WW 0, H Fulham WD -2, H Man U WW -2, A Everton LW +1, H Tottenham WD -1, A Bournemouth WW -1, H Man City LW +2, A Chelsea WD 0, H Sheff U WW 0, A Newcastle WL -3.
So in summary, two games they lost last season they gained 3 points in this season but on the flip side there are three games they won last year that they dropped nine points in this season.
Looking ahead, when you realise that they somehow coughed up four points against Southampton last year you can expect them to rectify that in the two games v Luton but they only dropped two points against Liverpool in two games last year and I can't see that happening again so it's going to be intriguing to see how this season pans out.

To be fair, with their ONE shot on target they deserved more... and that shot was an easy catch for Pope from a Martinelli shot in the FIRST half.
