Going left would be going to our right? Towards romeroPundits are awful aren't they - "Watkins should go left, to use his speed". VDV much quicker than Romero, but sure.
Hes taken Cash on a few times and won the battle now. Needs to keep at him.Johnson showing some aggression and commitment is lovely to see.
Someone just needs to fucking shoot
Done a lot more than Kulu. I love Kulu but time for him to be dropped so ineffective lately.Johnson showing some aggression and commitment is lovely to see.
We have one best strikers of ball in maddison don't understand why we don't work him into shooting position from edge of box.every team we play against now switches to a back 5 and keeps 9 behind the ball because they know we can get hit on the counter and pretty much every team barring city has a hard time breaking down a low block
Take Deki off and we don't keep hold of the ball and you open that whole side up to them, Digne would have a field day.Kulusevski is having a poor game, would bring Werner on
This is ostensibly our best 11 so we're in a good position at HT against one of the top 4. Need to be much better 2nd half.Expect us to be better second half. Still fancy us
Right, at Celtic you had wide forwards running in diagonally at pace and cutting back for an easy sidefoot. City do this really well too.I also don't think the chances we create are 'Ange' chances. We seem go be crossing the ball rather than cutting it back. With three centre backs up against Son I don't see how we expect to get much joy out of that.
yeah you can see why Ange may want an upgrade on Bissouma in that role.I would really like to see Gio alongside Maddison as I think that could open up more attacking options for us but I get that it would probably be too risky from a defensive perspective.
Ether way you’re spot on. It isn’t surprising tho, I think it’s fairly easy to see we over rely on him to create opportunities. The obvious move is to shut him down and suffocate him which they are and it’s working, plus he isn’t in the best form at the moment which isn’t helping.
