Yesterday i never seen or heard about so many Liverpool fans mixing in the home end.
I was over with a few mates, and we were dotted around the stadium, but we all seen Liverpool fans, some with scarfs, some in tops. and some with emblems on.
One mate seen one getting ejected after they scored, and got duly slapped on his way out by our fans.
I was in the South stand and seen two on my way in and out at Half-time.
Its getting a bit of a joke.

We saw last week they were discussing buying tickets on our ticket exchange. Theres not much the club can do about them buying one hotspur memberships in order to buy tickets.

Block 509 wasn't it? It's one thing to go in the home end and sit on your hands, it's another thing to exuberantly celebrate the way he did.

It’s really interesting how often this happens nowadays. I was a steward for seven years (switched to paying to come to games about 12 years ago). We were always told that if we suspected opposition fans, but they behaved and kept quiet leave them be. If they celebrated a goal or were obvious then we had to evict them (for their own safety as much as anything else).
Something has obviously changed with that policy because at both the Bayern and Chelsea games there were away fans sat around me cheering and singing. That is just two examples as seems to be ignored by stewards now.

When they are stupid enough to walk in with colours or get them out when in the stand the club has every right to throw them out.

Crazy to celebrate. Can't blame fans for wanting to see their team this season though. I'd be doing the same if Spurs were doing something so special. I'd be respectful though.

The wife normally comes with me when we play Villa and has been known to wear a Villa top under her coat. Always keeps quiet though, even when Villa were 4-1 up in the 125th anniversary game. As it turned out, that was a wise idea anyway. Didn’t stop me going mental when it got to 4-4 though.

Fantastic night and the Villa fans joined in the party. I remember them singing happy birthday to us when they were 4-1 up.

I heard one of the stewards checking tickets outside the south stand telling a supervisor steward that he had let two supporters in Liverpool tops go by him as they had tickets. The supervisor told him that he should not let them in and to call her if any more came along.

They need relieving of their duties immediately. The jobsworth response would be 'safety', but really its just not a done thing. I've sat in home ends at away games (Hull 7-1 was a tough one to have to act gutted 7 times) but I've always kept quiet and completely innocuous

We went to st Mary's on New Years Day and sat with the home fans, kept our heads down and watched the game. One other guy got chucked out when he bizarrely took his coat off to reveal his 3rd shirt. Not sure why you would a, wear it to the game in the opposition half and b, take your coat off. asking to get smacked and kicked out.

3rd time I've done it, other ones where the 4-0 demolition by Fulham in the cup a few years ago and the only time I've celebrated was sat with the prawn sarnie brigade at OT in 2005 when Jenas bagged that free kick. That was quite a rush lol

Fans mingle in real life, should be able to do so in a match stadium without it being a problem, just have some respect and not be a knob

I've only ever been to two Premier League away games, and one of them was Fulham at Craven Cottage which doesn't properly count because there's more Spurs fans in the ground than there are Fulham fans. But the other one was sitting in the home end during our 2-1 away win at Leicester (one of my best mates from university is a City fan) in 2003 where Mabizela unleashed that thunderbastard to equalise at around 70 minutes and then Dalmat dribbled around their entire team to set up Kanoute for a last minute winner. I was wearing colours hidden under a jumper and jacket (let's face it, I'm no @riggi) but I couldn't stop myself celebrating and a young lad in front of me started crying as his team lost right at the death. It's still a memory I look back on fondly.

But any **** who does it at our ground, they want filling in, the inconsiderate bastards.

West Ham mate of mine told me he got a ticket for me at Upton Park in the away end during the 90's - when I turned up it was in the Bobby Moore Stand Lower! Kept very very quiet even slightly tutting when Chris Armstrong equalised.

My Aunt is a West Ham fan who has stewarded at various grounds around London. She tends to turn a blind eye if the home club is one she doesn't like. Similarly, a school friend of mine used to do games over at the Emirates and was a gooner. He used to ignore some of the shit the gooner fans did but made sure the away fans didn't get away with any shit. Unfortunately, some people are going to be biased.

I hope you enjoyed sleeping on the couch!
