Like the Walker situation, Poch is handling the situation well, and removing any possible disruptive influence from the team. I look at our record since Toby got injured and wonder what all the fuss is about. With Foyth emerging and Dier as a slot in as injury cover we have a good young defence moving forward.

We were never going to pay forty two million for a player to warm the bench anyway.

I think he made a big mistake today with not putting Toby in. On set pieces we look a lot more solid than with Sanchez and I think we all know Toby is a better defender but to not even have him on the bench is a massive error in judgement at a time when we can't really afford to be playing silly games because Toby is stalling on contract talks. Really not that confident today but willing to eat my words and beg forgiveness if we can get a result.

Chel$ea may be a challenge, but how many games in the PL have we lost this year without him?
