I've not been on here alot lately, so apologies if this has been mentioned, but in case not, I just saw Chris Hughton sat beside Kevin Keegan when they played Liverpool today. Looks like he is Keegans assistant now.

Why woud he get himself involved in that farcical circus?

Probably because they gave him the chance to coach in the PL again after we sacked him

Although I've always had my doubts about his coaching ability for a club aspiring to greater things, I think the club was too mean to dump him the way it did. He had been a loyal servant through thick and thin, and should have earned something like a pension from the club.

I never had a problem with CH, but after Poyet coming in and being such a cataclyst, I realize how important that assistant coach role really is...I've always known it to be important, but I thought CH was doing a good job...obviously not good enough. He was a loyal servant, though.

Well he made a mistake, he'll be shown the door by the end of the season at the same time as Keegan, no one ever lasts there. It is a farce of the highest order. It really is.

Maybe he has:shrug:

Although to be fair these guys probably don't need pensions.
