I've just received one too and Im on the Gold Season Ticket. I guess it is just a confirmation email, as we have to use our season ticket cards rather than a paper ticket?

Because so many season ticket holders have been moved for various reasons, they sent the email out so you know whether you can get in with your season card, or whether you need a paper ticket.

For once it seems the club have used foresight (or maybe hindsight from the Young Boys game) and looked to stop a problem happening rather than dealing with it on the day

Nice of the club to finally send a confirmation email. It would have been nice if they had sent one a couple of weeks ago when they took the money.

Cup guarentee doesn't include CL.

Yes it does. The club even emailed and said so and stated that those on the cup guarantee scheme need to ensure their credit card details are up to date.

I didn't get that email, but I did get one saying they had tried to take the money and it was refused. I had forgotten that they my old credit card number, that had been cancelled as it had been cloned. I updated the card online, but they said I still had to actually ring an buy these tickets because they couldn't put it through on my card retrospectively. I did get the confirmation email today though, so all is cool.

But anyway, it shows that if you are on the automatic payment scheme, it does work for CL games too!

Update August 31

UEFA Champions League Group Stage - Home Matches
All three Group Stage matches at White Hart Lane will be Category A matches.

One Hotspur Gold members are reminded that they are signed up to the Automatic Cup Payment Scheme which will deduct the price of their ticket from the credit/debit card registered on their account up to two weeks prior to the advertised Silver Season Ticket holder sale dates shown below.
We would like to remind One Hotspur Gold season ticket holders to make sure their card details are up to date and accurate. You can check this information, or upgrade to Gold membership by visiting the online ticket office and going to the 'My Account' section and hitting the 'Edit/Upgrade to Gold Membership' button.

Yeah I got the email, at first thought it was acceptance for my away application! But alas it's just confirmation of what I already knew!

How do you know?

Because as a silver member ST holder you had to apply and buy your ticket, it would have counted but for the CC against arsenal which took it's place.

How do I know this? because like a prick I forgot to get mine, I got a text reminder to apply on the last afternoon Tuesday 14th September and where was I? In the middle of Bremen and so couldn't get through to the ticket office!!!

When I said 'cup guarantee' I was meaning the Gold ST version. I am a Silver member and knew that the Arsenal game was going to stitch us up in regards to having to apply for Twente.

That's why I originally asked the OP if he was on the Cup Guarantee scheme, meaning the Gold ST basically.

Sorry for the confusion.

They send the confirmation a week before the game as you are suposed to bring it with you and it reduces the chance of it being lost/deleted.
