Sunday’s performance against Newcastle was wholly unacceptable. It was devastating to see. We can look at many reasons why it happened and whilst myself, the Board, the coaches and players must all take collective responsibility, ultimately the responsibility is mine.

Cristian will leave his current role along with his coaching staff. Cristian stepped in at a difficult point in our season and I want to thank him for the professional manner in which he and his coaching staff have conducted themselves during such a challenging time. We wish him and his staff well.

Six cup finals left, let’s hope the squad have had a good chat and are determined to have a strong end to the season.

The squad is too disjointed, too many wingbacks, defensive midfielders and injuries. I am not sure whether Pep and Klopp together can get a tune out of the available players for the next 6 games. Stellini should have gone with Conte but him staying has probably destroyed all confidence these players had.

Klopp? Remind me where Liverpool are in the league.
no doubt they will finish ahead of us eventually.

I feel the situation is worse than you portray, much worse actually. Forget the coaches, the lack of any real reaction or communication within the team as the goals rolled in told a thousand words.

This is a broken squad of players that don't have any any belief or pride in playing for and with each other. They must know within themselves that they are not up to it as a group hence the resigned nature with which they accepted a situation that any decent pro should find completely unacceptable.

You're refering to Paratici?
Makes it worse tbf, so levy lets the man he was about to sack for fraudulent activity, give the managers job to his Italian matey who has no experience,,,,, before realising what he’s done and then sacking everyone,,,,,

It makes no difference as Mason was there on the touchline and did nothing. I really hope I'm wrong but Mason is not the answer even if it is for only six games. I would rather see one of the youth managers given the chance for the last six games
