Think we may have lost this kid if it wasn't for Poch signing on.
OMG I'm so excited by the prospect of him tearing up the EPL
Good enthusiasm.
He should have posted a more power-orientated pic tho. Side-planks are too easy it's the stuff even normal people do.
I just want him to be "normal"; not a rabid dog like Suarez.
That's not really giving me a boost tbh, I would expected all our players to be up for the season, especially those new players who did not perform in their first season. For a story to built around a tweet saying 'I'm looking forward to the new season, come on you Spurs!' Is really kind of lame.
I'm not having a go at him, I've stuck up for him a number of times. I'm just saying what he says doesn't boost me up and it's not really a great story. If anything I'm having a go at the Evening Standard.C'mon give the kid a break - this IS a massive boost knowing that he's not subject to an imminent transfer back to Serie A or some shit like that.
Next to Soldado - Lamela is our most skillful player (And for the attack dogs out there : I speak of ability not the first season's performance).
Yeah don't base it on last season, just a picture of him saying come on you spurs! BrilliantOMG I'm so excited by the prospect of him tearing up the EPL
That keepy uppy guy we used to have walking round spurs was pretty skilful tooI'll repeat what I said on another thread as it's relevant to this article .
One ex-player who is a very regular visitor to the training ground at Bulls Cross says Erik Lamela is THE most skilful player on the training pitch , even better than Eriksen.
IF Mauricio can get him to realise his potential this season we will have a fantastic and very exciting player in a Spurs shirt.
For all our sakes , let's hope so!

I want they guy to be brilliant. But it's a bit of a myth he was injured all season. He was injured for the last 3rd. He came fit, started poorly, and didn't get picked by either managerDude, you only have to look at what he did at Roma to see what a talent he is. He was injured last season, you can't base anything on that.

Everyone worry is the Italian league is nothing like the premier league. Poles apart on everythingHe started poorly I agree, but when he started to get good & used to league he was dropped. Then he was injured, and injured and injured. He never had a chance to even get started so you can't judge him on last season. Look at his previous Serie A seasons and his steady improvement there
Wish we could sign someone like Bernard, Iker Munaian, or James Rodriguez (I know, too unlikely) to complement our Lamela on the other wing.
