A lot of my shouts are already taken, Anderton, Nielsen, Iverson would all register for me.

A personal one that I’d add despite perhaps not truly fitting is Helder Postiga… honestly, never have I wanted someone to succeed and get the goal that set him off on to wonderkid status more, I was so sure it was coming, to the point I reckon you could put him in the team on Saturday and I’d still sit here saying “he just needs one to go in off his arse and he’ll be unstoppable from that point”.

And, he got that goal.....against England, knocking us out of the Euros.

I was screaming at the TV, not now!!!!

All bloody season I cheered him on, willed him to be the player we all hoped for, and....nothing.

Puts on a Portugal shirt, and breaks my heart!
