It's a hard one really. If Lennon is fit and on form we have someone who was previously tipped to take Beckhams place in the England team sitting on the bench doing nothing.

If we sell him and Lennon gets injured then what do we do? Could Modric do a similar job on the right? Do we move Jenas ut there again or put Hutton there?

If Bentley's own comments earlier in the year were anything to go by his poor season was partly due to family problems, so maybe if they have been resolved he may come good.

Who knows?

We should kept Bentley and definately keep GDS. Try Modric in the middle in some of these pre-season game.

I have a dreadful feeling that Modric is far to good for us and will be off next season.

I think we are all resigned to the fact that this will be Modric's final season with us. He is head and shoulders better than the rest. If I can see it, I'm sure Fergie, Wenger, Ancellotti, Hughes, Benitez, Guardiola and Mourhino will see it as well.

Do you know what those problems were? It's a shame that they ruined a whole season for him - let's hope his head's sorted now. I wonder whether he talks with Wilson about family troubles - he seemed to play wonderfully despite, or perhaps because of, terrible family problems.
