The more factual reports (rather than The Sun & Co) state that he was named as he was more the "facilitator" rather than actually did anything himself.
If that's the case, I'm not sure there's much he can be implicated on.
Muniain and the other (reportedly Isco) may be in a but more trouble, but the case itself relates to something different.

Probably grasping at straws here but there is apparently a tweet correspondance doing the rounds between de gea and munian suggesting they were having a really good time back when this all happened and De Gea was dropped by Fergie the next game. So there could be something here.

Also, being the facilitator of it could be just as bad. He essentially acted as a pimp. Its bad for him whether he knew she was forced by them or not. If he knew she was forced or going to be forced, he's as much at fault as the actual perpetrator.
