I’ve just liaised with the club and arranged for them to give him a photo id. He does have a compatible device but would really struggle to use it for ticketing purposes.
I had downloadable tickets sent through, which could be added to the Apple wallet on Tuesday. Although, with two being for young children, they had to send me pdfs, which ended up being a right faff, so good luck!
Hopefully ticket folk are on the ball tomorrow. Over in London for the weekend and wife bought tickets for us today. If we can't carry out the necessary approvals in the morning it's going to be an expensive learning experience, what with the change in flights, tickets etc.
Given how shambolic Spurs are on both subjects above ! For example - with only 7 days to go to the opening Man City game, as a season ticket holder I still cannot nmanage my ticket. I want to share this ticket with a friend as I cannot go to the game - but cannot do this and how he will gain access is shrouded in mystery. What are Spurs playing at ???

Still haven’t got my digital pass, dad still hasn’t had an email confirming his photo id.

You've just confirmed what I am saying.....the ticketing system is an absolute shambles. All the club seems to be interested in on the website is selling us merchandise and extra attractions at silly inflated prices - instead of actually serving the Members who pay the wages !!!

I’m taking my 2 year old to the Watford game. Spoke to the ticket office last week as I don’t have two devices I can use. I was told to just save both tickets to the phone but to make sure I scan the junior ticket first when going in.
Also told that I don’t need to photo verify u18 tickets. I’ve since seen a form online to fill in for a junior ID pass, which didn’t render properly so was impossible to complete.
if i can use the one phone for both tickets, great. If I get there and can’t, I’m going to be mightily pissed off.

for my son I was told to fill in an online form then they emailed me a print at home ticket for him as only allowed 1 ticket per device. Seems the advice depends on who you talk to

Was a bit of a mess yesterday weren't it? Had a ticket in the Paxton end, people were being held at the turnstiles because their phones weren't being read by the contactless thing, then others were being sent back to the bottom of the concourse as their tickets hadn't been validated by the stewards at the bottom of the stairs.
In the end I didn't even bother trying to use contactless, just scanned the QR code.
People sliding past the COVID passport checkers or simply saying 'Under 18 bruv' and bowling through.

Complete shambles yesterday. I bought tickets for my son and young grandson. My son and I downloaded our e-tickets and then I filled in the form to get a paper ticket for my grandson. The ticket office generated a paper ticket for one of the e-tickets that had already been downloaded. When they email the e-tickets, there is no indication which of the tickets were Senior, Adult or Junior. So if you are an Adult and download the Junior Ticket you will not get admission. After a long queue, the ticket office issued another paper ticket. With a full attendance next week, it will be mayhem.
With regards Covid passes, the NHS Service was unavailable for a period yesterday and status couldn't be checked. The service had also been unavailable for a time on Saturday, so I took the precaution of getting a printed copy.

did you need a COVID pass as well? I didn’t think spurs were implementing that until the government’s legislation came in?

It was all quite smooth for us. I’d got our COVID passes and tickets saved to our wallet on each device, so it was all pretty quick and simple. The only hold up was people trying to scan their devices under the turnstile, when what you had to do was hold it on top. Also the stewards tried to move us to another gate when we were right at the front ‘this is for gate 20-21, you’re in the wrong area!’ But our tickets said 19-22, so we just ignored them and went through 1minute later. Bit odd.
