Is anyone still waiting for their digital pass getting worried not received yet.
I have a season ticket but can’t make the game tomorrow.
does anyone know how I give the ticket the e-ticket to my son without handing him my phone?
Hi all,
My brother and I (ST holders) can’t make the game tomorrow so my friend is taking his son as a surprise/treat.
I forwarded both tickets to him, he got the initial email ok but when he tries to download he only gets on ticket. Is there anything he is doing wrong? Both my bro and I got the confirmation emails, all seemed fine but he just can’t seem to get a digital copy of the second ticket!
Any advice much appreciated!
Thanks for this, yes that was the issue, he downloaded the other ticket on his son's phone and all worked. Still feel slightly bad that he paid me to watch that match... (I'll live with the guilt!)The easy answer is to download the 2nd email on to another compatible phone. The advice on the digital Q & A's is only download one ticket per phone, the problem with two QR codes on one phone is that it would have to be explained twice to stewards once at bottom of stairs and then again at the turnstiles as each QR code would need to be scanned . I don't know but you might find the stewards have been instructed not to allow this.
Guys I did the 'test' on Sunday afternoon on my iPhone. Went to the updated e-ticket sent, tapped the 3 dots in the corner to see the QR code and did a screen shot of that. Closed everything down and restarted to ensure it was not reading anything and then (successfully) gained admission to the ground using the screen shot only. This means in theory you can send it to others as an attachment and they can gain admission without it being downloaded on their device. Kind of like to do a further test by having a phone without any ticket on it to ensure it works but am pretty confident. Basically like an airport scanner where I tend to use screen shots anyway.

I want to 'share/forward' my tickets to someone in my network for the Villa game on the 3rd October.
Does anyone know when I'll be able to do this? Everytime I click on manage tickets it is saying I have none to manage?
