lol, the FA was oh so eager to show their allegiance to the insane BLM movement by forcing teams to awkwardly take a knee at the start of matches for over two years and always reminding us that "there's no room for racism", then for some reason they also get into the habit of hosting those idiotic pride days or whatever they are supposed to be, because everyone must support the agenda/cause or else.... But now we've got reports of 6 thousand people actually dying as a result of the harsh working conditions in the infrastructure building for a football competition in which they will be participating, and they say blip about it? But still, they've gotta keep showing solidarity in that same competition to the lgbtqpxy/+*~%$^& crowd, right? Yup, I'm pretty sure this doesn't even cause a bit of cognitive dissonance amongst them since insanity must be the driving force behind all their virtue signaling.

I for one will be watching the world cup though, because if not those six thousand lives would have been lost for nothing. Yup, I've never said I wasn't a hypocrite as well, so shut up.

I'm sorry but I'm not having it. A squad full of players from states just as bad if not worse suddenly caring about this.

It's rank hypocrisy and yeah Harry was keen to join city only a year ago, has he suddenly started watching the news?

I find this entire situation laughable.

The various FAs around the world used to say there is no room for politics in football. Now they say there is no room for politics that are not ours in football. How has any of their actions been consistent with the notion of sport being for sport and keeping politics out?

That went out of the window when Qatar bought the world cup.

Yeah... But it's all about the Arab states demonstrating that they can do whatever the fuck they like, and we have to lump it, because we want to buy their oil so we can go fast. So yeah, it's all fucked up and the world's been going this way for yonks... just another example of how top level football is a load of unrelatable bollocks these days, and how all sorts of horrible and stupid things can get ignored for the filthy lucre.

Not watching and not even interested.

Going on the way FIFA dish out fines relating to misdemeanours the FA will get fined £100m.
If I’m the FA I’d tell them to shove it, what are they going to do ban England from the next World Cup tournament because they didn’t pay a ludicrous fine after this shit show they created by taking Qatari brides?
The next few years at a political level in international football could be quite interesting.

Million? The UK sold £3.4bn in arms including riot gear to qatar last year alone. The UK government are totally complicit in the human right abuses there and totally supportive of this regime.

They'll be furious about these armbands too and certainly will not be doing any turn around on human rights, risking future sales.

Hang on the FA cup is sponsored by Emirates!

I wish the people could take football back, it's long gone though

The England players could sell beer to fans to pay the fine...

That should keep Maguire busy for 90 minutes. Just tell him all the players are doing it in different sections of the ground.
