Eric Dier is ready to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club in January after refusing to leave Tottenham in this transfer window.

Dier had interest from Fulham and was also offered to Bournemouth during Tottenham’s bid to sign Cherries centre-back Lloyd Kelly.
