Need him back ASAP.

It's genuinely beautiful (for me) to keep seeing the amount of people who have finally come to the realisation of just how important Dier is to the THFC machine.

Yours truthfully.

Just shows how far off it we’ve fallen with all these calls for Dier, the messiah

Another one that’s ultimately not good enough and needs replacing

It’s still a long long list….

I’d actually say he’s been one of our players of the season and totally revitalised under Conte. Personally think we’ve seen a much improved Dier compared to previous years.

With Dier out , hope Rodon starts v Wolves. I don't think Sanchez and Romero are a good pairing
I dont think Sanchez is a good pairing with anyone. If we hadnt paid such an over the top price for him he'd have been shown the door ages ago. Sick of seeing the bloke frankly.

Wolves are the second best defensive team in the premier, not much up top though, perhaps we can bluff them, sit deep and counter. I do not care, I just want three points, please. ?

I was so critical of Dier especially last season but it gets more an more apparent with every game just how much he directs and leads that back line. I still don't think he's mobile enough for a 2 CB partnership, but as the middle CB in a three he is so important to us. Having less responsibility as far as coving ground is concerned, allows him to concentrate on just dealing with what's in front of him and bossing the two either side of him.

If you'd have told me this time last year I'd be posting about desperately needing him back in the side I'd have laughed, but in Conte's system he literally essential right now, and what he brings to the party is sorely missed.

Desperate for a player to come back who ultimately is not good enough. This is where we are

Dier’s return would allow Romero to go to the right which immediately improves our ability to play out from defence. Watching Davinson advancing the ball in the second half was was an exercise in hope and futility over reality.
