Who really knows but I think the notion he got the hump because he wasn’t picked as captain so unfollowed spurs and removed his bio is laughable, he’s a smart fella, he’ll no where he stands at the moment in our plans.

This is exactly the kind of crap those fake news tweets spread. Who knows why he changed his socials, he might have been told he was moving on or whatever. Doesn’t mean he had a tantrum, or didn’t like the decision.

Why do our own fans want to sow the seeds of this kind of division. It’s fucking toxic.
Have you not noticed how toxic our fans are becoming before? Go to the Levy threads, or Kane thread today, and try to find posts without **** and ****** **** not in them.

Start of the season. As ever, am full of optimism.

Maguire gets into the England team over Dier so that says a lot, I must watch something different, Diers range of passing I think is pretty poor, despite always trying it, and cant remember his last cross, have to agree with the slab head part thought lol

To be fair every fan, pundit and journalist in the country has slated Southgate's insistence on repeatedly picking Maguire, and up until last season most were calling for Dier to be recalled after an excellent season under Conte - which he then was.

I did actually both to go and check the Athletic article because you never know these days, but it does appear to be absolute bollocks.
Even if it was true there's nothing wrong with it, he is entitled to his opinion and he knows Son better and longer than most players.

I read the same hours ago and it absolutely is fake news. That doesn't change the fact that he deleted Spurs off his socials for a reason.

What that reason is who knows? It's yet to be determined. But the people calling him out for it aren't the toxic ones. The ones defending that behavior are toxic. Dier is toxic.

What a load of bollocks. He changed some social media stuff for a couple of hours. That's it. You don't even know if it was him who did it, or someone who manages the profile. The idea that this is toxic behaviour is laughable.

You're working incredibly hard here to build a narrative to justify your dislike for dier.

What the actual fuck are you on about?

You've got your knickers in a twist about something that didn't happen, and now you're lashing out at people in here and Dier himself?!
Toxic? There's only one toxic person in here at the moment.

You're working awfully hard to defend an absolute clown. You and McFlash. It's almost as if you're being paid to do so.

Dier supposedly carries a lot of influence in that dressing room. His voice carries weight. A new manager makes a decision that he doesn't like. He acts like a fucking child and deletes the club off his socials. You think the other players are blind and can't see that?

That's the kind of thing that can divide dressing rooms. That's undermining your manager who just made a key decision. Those aren't the actions of a leader. Those are the kind of actions that have held back this club that both Mourinho and Conte spoke about.

I'm defending him because you're attacking him with stuff you've made up in your own head.

Have you got anything at all to back up these fantastical claims you're making about the bloke?

Lot of knicker twisting about social media

what is the world coming to

The bigger issue is that holding onto and playing guys like Dier for as long as we have is the reason a player like H isn’t here anymore

Our squad building simply has to improve on Both ins and outs to stand a chance

sadly with someone as incompetent as Levy about its May take another 20 years of lessons before he gets it

They start stupid speculation and suddenly it becomes the truth.

Why did he delete the club off his socials the day after he wasn't named captian? Do you have any logical reason why he would do that?

Technically he did it before he wasn't named captain.

You don't know why. Maybe he decided to log on to twitter and read loads of people tagging him telling him he is shit and to leave and he lashed out. Maybe he was told to leave, maybe he didn't like not being named captain. That's the point, we don't know.

People have been giving him shit for months. Not buying that. Just a single logical reason from the shill crew is all I'm asking.

Your whole argument is ridiculous. It's just you scrabbling around for any excuse to slag off a player you don't like. Pathetic.
