We've officially broken the serial winner in less than a month!

COYS COYS COYS

Lets be honest, we knew this moment will come when the penny will drop - i mean i find the statement from him hilarious, I genuinely cracked up because it really was only a matter of time.

If we break Conte, then basically we are absolutely fucked up.

I genuinely now, hope he fucking kills them all and honeymoon period is over.

Antonio Conte:

“I am happy to stay here but we have to work a lot to improve the quality of the squad.”

“We need time, work awaits us. At the moment, there is a big gap between Tottenham and the best clubs in England."
You can't repair this squad with better coaching and one or two new players. A majority of the players are not good enough for a top level team. If the top level is the ambition of the club leadership, then Conte needs to be backed with money, that is the only solution. I hope he is as ruthless as he is made out to be by everyone in the media, both to the players but also the club leadership.

So there it is, Sports Direct style January firesale needed:
Doherty
Sanchez
Dele
Winks
Ndombele

And many many more to be added to that list.

Far far far too many average to poor players.

Scary thing is I can only really think of about 4 players who are good enough. A few others close to being good enough or worth keeping around by its a shocking state of affairs. Am I being too negative? I really don't think I am, I think Conte and Paratici have a hell of a job on their hands here.
Lloirs
Romero

Emerson (ish)
Reguillion (ish)
Dier (for his character and he's an ok defender)
PEH (for his character and he's an ok player)
Skipp (possible potential but could be Winks #2)
Gil (I can't see it but very young so mabye needs some patcience)
Son
Kane

Let's be realistic. Selling them all in one window is not going to happen - esp in Jan. Just hope we can get them all out over the span of two windows.

Good, he knows and he will make it very clear to Paratici/Levy what we need.

As we've all said we now HAVE to back Conte and let it happen.

But backing him with good budget isn't the fix, we have to sign good players who are the right fit, we've spunked so much money up the wall on dross.

I'm a bit worried as Paratici's signings a bit hit and miss so far:
Romero - A
Emerson - B
Gil - C (but young talent so mabye needs time)
Gollini - C - not sure i've seen him make a save.

Lets see how it goes.

I know people berated some of us last week saying that Conte could walk sometime.... i genuinely wouldnt be surprised if he walks - not now but if we dont act fast like super fast and if some of the players he needs to rely on dont start performing

I think with Paratici AND Conte together will be better. Conte would be the perfect foil to any of Paratici's exuberance so they can sound off each other. At least that's what I'm hoping.

Think thats Conte throwing the gauntlet down to Levy. You better give me more money to buy.

If we didn't have a congested December fixture list, I would agree with you. They'll play again next month and could possibly leave in January.

This is what worries me. Our squad is so poor we can’t even cope with the ECL, so fuck knows how we’re going to cope having to rotate the squad over a busy December schedule in the PL.

I was in the camp of giving each player a clean slate to see what Conte could do with them. But it's clear already he doesn't think he can help some of these players.

Time to back him. Properly.

If he came into the job thinking the squad didn't need gutting then he's had a severe wake up call.

Paratici is a damn good salesman.
He’s got a lot of making up to do in the January window. Gil for €25m + Lamela looks like poor business. Don’t even get me started on Gollini…

Think he'll give it 2 windows. We'll need to start this January imo. Difficult window but suspect we'll look to bring in two at the very least. They'll be a number Conte will want to shift. If by the end of the summer window, Conte hasn't got what he wants....Levy ,may well find himself scrambling around looking for his 3rd manager in just over a year.

No pressure come January Danny Boy! Sure Conte is going to want backing then and also the next stage of the clear out to begin! Hope I’m the next few days Conte, Paratici, Hitchen, Levy will sit down with the likes Of Dele Doherty, Sanchez, SB, and tell them they haven’t got a future at the club and it’s time for them to find a new club in January
