Couple I've noticed on Twitter recently (apologies if shared before)

Ochocinco - former NFL wide receiver - maybe the best for a couple of seasons and always in the news. changed his name to Chad Ochocinco legally for a few years.

Brett Goldstein (Roy Kent) from Ted Lasso is Spurs.

That oddly please me as Roy is probably my favourite Ted Lasso character.

Just to note, please no Season 2 spoilers - I'm waiting for them all to be available, so I can binge the season in one go.

Sits back and waits for both accurate and wildly inaccurate Ted Lasso spoilers...

Brett Goldstein has (or certainly used to have) a really fun podcast called Films to be Buried With. Worth a listen if you like the UK stand-up scene and watch a lot of films.

For some reason I thought the actor James Lance was a Spurs fan, but I also remember regularly getting him confused with another actor who, for some reason, escapes me right now. Who's the British actor who looks a bit like James Lance? Or is it James Lance I'm thinking of and I'm just confusing the shit out of myself?

You'll wake up in a minute and forget all about this random dream!

Mariana Spring, the BBC news correspondent who investigates on line dis-information and hate mail is a Spurs fan.

One I'm not 100% sure about however is an Eastenders actor called Rob Boatman. The fridge in his flat (in the show) is covered with 'COYS' and the 'Cock-on-the-ball' stickers. He plays Donna's dad, the mini-cab driver. Trouble is I don't know if that was his idea, or one of the shows producers.

Must be a producer as there has been a steady stream of ‘Spurs’ fans in the programme-Mitch and Martin Fowler currently, Kush, and Fats (actor was a Spurs fan in real life)

Well, no...but any time someone 'known' or even 'sort of known' pops their Spurs-loving heads above the parapet, why not give them a mention. No harm done. I'm not going to go over all the previous pages, but I just wanted to mention a few names which may (or may not) have been previously mentioned, but before I do, I'm sure I heard the sainted William Shatner (Captain Kirk and recently oldest ever space adventurer) say once, that he was a Spurs fan too.

Lord David Puttnam
Lord Jonathan Triesman
Darren Gough
Stephen Mangan
Michael McIntyre
David Doherty
Barry Norman
Mikey Holding*
Peter Cook
Tracy Crouch
Sir Ian Duncan Smith
Phil Collins
Jude Law
Marcus Trescothick

* Mikey said he used to follow Spurs many years ago and Jimmy Greaves was his hero as a kid, but he doesn't follow us so much these days.
