Giovinco is widely regarded as one of Europe’s most explosive young talents, and the future of both Juventus and Italy.

However, some problems have emerged this summer between the 21-year-old, who spent last season on loan at Empoli, and the Bianconeri with regards to a new contract.

Giovinco is demanding an increased salary, but so far the club are only willing to pay the fantasista €500,000 per year. There have been reports in the press over the few weeks that a number of English giants are hoping to take advantage of this dispute.

Arsenal’s name has been especially prominent in the press, with Arsene Wenger a massive fan of the player. An exchange deal including Robin Van Persie has been mooted, which caused uproar among Juventini, with 89.5% of users on the website vecchisignora.com labelling the possible transfer as “unacceptable”.

Sources in Italy and England have revealed that Arsenal, as well as Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea and Spurs are all fighting it out in the hope of capturing Giovinco. The English giants are all ready to offer the starlet a huge salary to join them, which may be too good to turn down, considering Juve’s €500,000 per year offering.

Next month the young sensation is expected to showcase his skills to the whole world when he takes part in the Olympic Games for Italy. Arsenal manager Wenger is said to be travelling to Beijing specifically to watch Giovinco.

This will be moved to GF

But to note, we have Gio, AA and Modric who can play his position. And this kid isn't going to want to be a reserve.

You have to draw a line somewhere, and, as with Vagner Lurve, I'm drawing it here. Off to GF until a slight connection with reality apears.

I am a Juve fan and have seen Giovinco play many times for Empoli, Italian U-21 and a bit for Juve (he's played little there). He will become the best player in the world one day, I have no doubt about it. There's no way in hell Juve will let him leave or the fans accept that, and Giovinco's dream is to become a legend at this team.

He's the most promising italian player for the future, and he will shine at the olympics. The guy has been often compared in style to Zola, and I have faith he will be as good and even better.

this article makes little to no sense, so arsenal want to swap van persie who is a forward and arguably holland's best player when on form for an unproven italian midget midfielder?

suuuuuuuuuuuure.

and how come when i go to vecchisignora.com, it turns out to be some bogey/fake website?
