Good read. I don't usually like buying spurs books but that looks a good read. Will have to pick it up.

I sighed my way through reading that because it resonated so strongly with my own childhood and growing up - not being in care or anything that sad or dramatic but living just a few minutes walk from WHL and growing up with Spurs. I thought of it as my second home and I still do.

From the day my dad took me to a game and perched me on a barrier when I was about five or six years old back in the early 1950s, I belonged there in body and spirit.
