I mean, he's not wrong. We've only had two proper title challenges in the Premier League era, both under Poch. The real hypocrisy here is Neville spouting bollocks about how unprofessional Kane is being when he was more than happy to host him for a round of golf and joke about how much money he's worth while we were still in the middle of a season. Wanker.
Neville the champagne socialist got advise for everyone except himself, my feeling I wish he STFU personally fed up listen to his drive to change the world, no wonder Starmer said he will make good MP.

Whew, 10% of all of that! Guess it's not cheap to have skidmarks laid all over your office floor.

Except the skidmarks that were on his office floor this morning after seeing the football media wade in. They were all free no doubt.

It is the Albany indeed, I went there a few years back stunning place. Even took a pic sat in the exact same spot Kane posted on the beach looking out to sea from a year later. On arrival the reception by the marina has large Rolex clocks on the wall. I was asked what boat I arrived by, had to tell them no, was via a banged up local taxi
If that where Harry been it’s a proper Hutzpa, he is holidaying at JL place and then refuse to work for him. You couldn’t make it up ???

That’s that then if City are not going above £100m it’s all over as there is absolutely no way a levy is agreeing anything like that. I’m not on board with people saying there is no way back, there will have to be as a deal is so far apart.

Poor deluded Charlie, sitting in his office thinking he holds the winning hand in this poker game without realising there's no-one sitting with him at the table from City or Spurs at the moment and he's actually playing solitaire.
Spurs and City playing 3D chess, and little Charlie is sat there thinking it’s snakes and ladders

I'm laughing at the stunning incompetence and self-sabotaging nature of all this. Not only using the nuclear option so early, but with no idea what it would actually hope to achieve. And upon not achieving what he never hoped to achieve, what the fuck next?

If Modric looked mildly embarrassed upon scoring his first goal after that summer, how the fuck is Kane going look after clapping to the fans like a dickhead last season as if he was about to announce his Man City contract right then and there?

I know many think he's in cahoots with City on this but I honestly feel that's an extremely generous gauge of competence re: Brothers Kane. The £160m story was met with an almost coordinated shrug of the shoulders from both City and Spurs. And now this guy's going on strike before City have even decided if they're gonna try and placate Levy or not.

Like Odemwingie turning up at the San Siro car park to force through his move to QPR.

Agree. It's a bit like packing your bags to leave your wife and kids for the local barmaid, just because she seemed flirty.

why not? if someone's getting 10% of your money it may as well be your brother.

Nothing wrong with keeping it in the family as long as the family know what they're doing. Otherwise all you're doing is hiring someone who's woefully incompetent to manage your career.

Personally he needs to go this summer no question about it, letting it drag to next summer could massively affect our season with a load of drama whilst having an unhappy player on massive wages. He'd also be cheaper next year no? So I say try to get as much as possible out of City, be stubborn but not too stubborn - we are not getting 200m. If we can get it to 150m thats acceptable, i'd even take less, 120+ Laporte. For us right now, selling Kane and reinvesting is the best way to go about things for us. Extremely excited by the ability of Paraciti, he could work wonders with that money and make us a better opposition than we were WITH Kane.

Anyways, fuck off Kane, just pissed all over the club, no respect. Get out.

If City won’t go above 100m we may as well keep him. An unmotivated Kane still scores over 25 goals. You can’t tell me another club won’t offer 100m next year after a year of full stadiums.

What the hell is this presenter on about?

"He's saved Levy from breaking the wage structure and saved the club hundreds of thousands'

1. Why should Levy break the wage structure? That's just stupid.
2. He did actually rise the wage structure significantly for Kane.

...and then he used Alexis Sanchez as an example of how much he deserved. That's not how this works!

Idiot.

Shambolic indeed, to be honest I don’t know where the truth lies anymore. I’ve heard so many variations of what’s going on, I literally don’t believe a thing in the mainstream press and even less online news websites/outlets which are pretty much sensationalist click bait and will write anything.

I'm sorry but I will never understand why these players ever want to join a club that are trying to get them on the cheap. If you want me, pay what I'm worth otherwise you clearly don't want me that much. You're worried about my age and my injury history? Well, fuck you too, I'll stay at the club that values me higher thanks. Have some self respect and if you're going to get angry at anyone, direct it at the club that don't want to pay up for you.

I decided not to watch them until Simon Jordan comes back from his 2 week of holidays. Without him there is nothing interesting and objective on Talksport (n)
I miss you, Simon!
