Maupay is decent but there's not a chance he's worth £50m. It's probably a price you'd expect for DCL though.

Agree on both counts, but if we could get DCL for £50m or Maupay for £30m I’d choose Maupay. Obviously this depends on us shifting Tanguy, so might have to resign ourselves to the return of Greg Razor at this stage ?

With Jimenez ruled out by itk our options it seems like are Ings or DCL, I just don't see Ings wanting to leave after his disaster at liverpool

Ings would be ace. The guy is as good as Kane and we should have gone for him before he went to Liverpool tbh.

He struggled at Pool due to unkind injuries which now seem to be behind him.

Edit: as 'effective' as Kane perhaps a better description for those of a sensitive over-reaction predisposition.
