On a (semi) serious note, I'm not sure Kane has the pace to play at RB, and I wouldnt give up Hojbjerg or GLC in CM for a Son an two Kanes.

I think you've got far too much faith. There's people on here who have already turned against him and said he should be sold. Imagine what people like them would be like if he joined either of those two sides.

TBF, I’m not sure many people turned against him, it was ITK and rumours coming out that we wouldn’t be spending hardly any money this year. I was of the opinion that if we are not looking to push on then why keep him if we are not going to match his ambition so maybe we looked to cash in to start a new project. Thankfully we ended up having one of the best transfer windows we’ve ever had And looking more like a team than can match his ambitions.

I think it's true that we don't see him sprinting at pace like he had 2 years ago. he used to be deceptively quick.

However towards the end of the Burnely game it's like his after burners came on and he suddenly had pace.
