I actually think Harry is more frustrated with his teammates and the recruitment. He knows he is playing with some utter dross.

Seems to me like he is saying that all of the shite needs packing off.

Interestingly enough, he did give Dier a bit of credit about being a leader in the England camp.

It’s the same as the lip reading tweet. I think it was a moan that “no one in the fucking box, man”

For me its not the interview at all. Its the timing. Wait until the end of the season.
I read on here that someone said this interview was due to be released next week - I think it was someone on here posting about a Podcast that said this?

Listening to this interview only warms me to Harry even more. We need more winners at this club and although Levy probably won’t he needs to do all he can to make him happy and keep him here.

I'm starting to think that there must have been some serious dialogue between Harry, City and the club already. Maybe even months ago. Levy has pushed back, City tell Kane to go public

What a shit show

I'd advise everyone watch the interview for themselves, try and block out the media furore and treat it fairly based off what's said. I don't think it's as bad as is being made out.
It's more the timing than the content. As a standalone interview it's fine, an enjoyable watch, and the "worst" bits (for us) were in the 5 minute teaser they put out yesterday.

Sky made a conscious decision to put it out when they did and it sounds like they've brought it forward - Flav on The Fighting Cock said he heard Kane did an interview with Neville that'd be "uncomfortable" for Spurs fans and it was coming out on the 26th (about 31:15 in to this episode).

Just watched the full hour Neville show on Youtube. It's really a storm in a teacup. If we hadn't had certain quotes leaked without context in advance, I don't think there's much in the conversation that would be considered newsworthy.

Even the KDB bit was Neville asking him 'which prem player would you want in your side cos you think - he'd help you score a load of goals? It's not like he said, 'I want to join Man City to play with KDB.'

I'm sure he'd be happy to go and join City/whoever was the team that wins everything, every year. But he seems to not be THAT fussed right now about making a move happen. Even if he wants to, he's not going anywhere this summer. We're so paranoid about Kane leaving, that we've become obsessed with every little thing he says, or the way he claps the fans. We need to grow a pair as a club.

But he seems to not be THAT fussed right now about making a move happen.

Fussed enough to say that in an interview and fussed enough to tell journalists nationwide on the eve of the first home game with a crowd, taking everyone at the club by surprise.

If it was Winks doing this the interpretive scope would be a lot narrower on here.

You haven't read much of this site then.

Had Winks said it, the majority of us would be celebrating...

And we'd likely have put 7 past Villa!

I'm sorry to be off topic, but for idioms like that I just love your language.
In Vienna we would say "des is a Schas im Woid" - which is Viennese for "that's a fart in the forest".

Just watched it to form my own opinion.

Like a lot of posters who have watched it have said - What he says is fair enough and not that inflammatory at all. However, the timing is incredibly poor and unprofessional.

Not impressed.

I get why he wants to leave, and if I were him I’d want out too but it grates me that he wants to play for people who’ve been calling him a mong amongst other things for years.

The brother in law has locked his Twitter account now.
He's a twat for putting that message up. Should (and probably does know) damn well that it will get noticed by spurs fans possibly even the media so stupid thing to do.
This whole campaign by Kane's people has been v well thought out with leaks / info being placed at good times and can't see the brother in law's tweet being part of that strategy
