Hmm ain't no way Levy is letting him go for just for over 100 mill.
Not sure what he exactly means, £150m is also "a fee of over 100 million". He is right that it is 'a real possibility' - why wouldn't it be? -, but I wouldn't read too much into that Tweet.

Man. City fans are probably asking him all the time whether there is some news and this is probably the best he could come up with.

I'm not sure if it will happen, but I think there are a lot of people in denial in here that there isn't at least a chance. In fact, I think it is a pretty good chance. City almost always get who they want.
Because they go for young players on the up, they don't go for the top superstars.

Unfortunately I would bet my house on this move going ahead - all the planets seem to align on this one.

Mate, I know.....Kane has pretty much come out and said he wants to play in the same team as Kevin Debruyne ?? Long old summer ahead as we all know. COYS.

Ian Cheeseman confidently stated that City would get away with what they did/not be found guilty and and indeed he was proved right unfortunately. He is a decent source.

There is a poster on Bluemoon called Tolmie's Hairdo who is their resident ITK....If any one can be bothered to wade through that forum he may well have some info....

That dude on bluemoon thinks he's coming alright.

Although they all don't want him, they want haaland.

City's transfer record is £64m, is it really likely that they will spend more than double that on a soon to be 28 year old after the financial year all clubs have had?! Yea I know they already break FFP but they gotta at least pay lip service to it.

Tolmie thinks so? That's not good for us then. Sheesh.

I've been trying to dip into Bluemoon to get the ITK but kept getting sick of all the Kane bashing and fawning over Haaland as you say.

Spoilt bastards.

I agree. But, if City offer something like 120M, and John Stones ('cos he only has 1yr left on his contract), I can see Levy at least coming to the table.

Losing Kane would be a total disaster. I am struggling to look positively into the next few years. Unless City give us Guardiola in exchange.

Edit: I know, they won't

Not true, actually. City have often passed on targets if the price is, in their estimation, too high.

They think that they can get Kane this summer for £100m, plus or minus, and that’s what Cheeseman’s City sources are telling him.

They are wrong about that.

Apart from the planet on which Daniel Levy....Daniel fucking Levy....sells his prize asset for £50m less than he is worth.

Quite an important planet to be aligned, that.
Probably jumping the gun here but £120M sounds about right.
With all that has happened this week I think deep down we all know how this ends.

If he goes for anything less than £150m it will be a massive loss for the club IMO — no matter how bad “he wants out” or any other way to spin it.

One word. Webster. I believe this was his third season of the current contract. I don't think Kane would go that far but if things get ugly it's a possibility innit?
