Hearing him open every interview with 'ja, nein, offensichtlich' is going to take some getting used to 😔

Yeah I find this different to the Bale thing. He left to have a whole career with Madrid. I was happy to see him back after, what, 7 years away? I can't see myself feeling the same if Kane comes back in three.

Anyhoo, that's all hypothetical. Is there a match thread yet? Can't see one. Feel like getting over there and supporting Ange and the players who will be wearing our colours on Sunday.
Yeah Bale left us young and went on to be a galactico, you can't knock a player going to the biggest club in the world.

Kane is leaving for cheap trophies, whilst Bayern are a huge club, he is not leaving for their status.

Would love ange to come out all guns blazing with a fuck Bayern and fuck Kane and fuck levy press conference haha

But when Conte does it after a Southhampton game it's "unprofessional". :sneaky:

This is a joke, before anyone gets in their feelings just have a laugh today.

Any good international Company has a Board of Directors, some of whom will be 'independent' of the main shareholder, even if it's owned 100%. It's just good governance.

For me, I can understand that ENIC act as they please, in general. That said, a proper Board should absolutely be holding him to account, and providing a constructive challenge to decisions made. That is clearly not happening
A good company's board of directors also brings in new blood and loses somebody from time to time. If memory serves, the club's official handbooks show that Collecott joined the board about 2003-04 (he also has a senior position with either ENIC International Ltd or ENIC Group, so he's not going to risk upsetting his boss) and Cullen joined about 2006-07. When you have exactly the same people there year in, year out, they become far too comfortable and complacent.

But if his chick had offered him sex every night for ten years? We all have needs that need to be sated.
It’s different for supporters we cannot go and find another chick.
Yeah that is his choice, i don't want us taking him back so he can go and achieve his goals in the premier league (record) after he's filled his bag with another clubs silverware. just because he is Harry Kane.

This is all on Levy. He, the board have never shown the ambition needed to keep or buy the best players in the world. We will never reach the heights that we all dream of under Enic. I’m not convinced by any of our signings bar Maddison and let’s be honest, if Leicester were still in the PL we would never have got him. Can you ever see us signing players like Rice, Caicedo etc. I like Ange but fear he will be fed the same shit as the other ‘top’ managers that we have had.

Thank god for Ange because if we didn't have him and right now I dread to think how little I'd care about the new season.

I hope he has taken all this nonsense in his stride.

Chaos is the fire in which the gods are forged.
And in men, fortunate, or unfortuante enough to see it , there kindles an eternal madness

So I think we're taking the "be a bit more like Brighton" too literally now. Caicedo and Kane sold a day before the season starts. Scout the best young talent and then sell to the best teams when they turn world class. Win nothing but play attractive football and compete for Europe.

New Stadium = Game changer

We should 100% get Vlahovic now before someone else saves him from the football terrorist called Allegri.
He seems the closest direct replacement for Kane we could get, physically at least.

But does he fit Ange’s style better than others out there? I don’t know. His players at Celtic were nothing like Kane physically but scored hatfuls.

maybe it’s just that We’ve had bigger target men for so long, the idea of something new just seems wrong.
